Click here if you are applying for a Surrogacy Grant as there are specific requirements. Without these requirements, you should not continue the application but perhaps apply at a later date when they are met.

GRANT DEADLINE: March 12, 2026

NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

1. If applying for a Baby Quest Grant, you should have had at least a consult with your fertility specialist who will be performing the procedures. There will be questions on cost, procedures, and testing that we need completed that is essential to submit an excellent application. If you have not met with your fertility specialist, call and see if you can get an appointment in time to complete an application. If not, you can consider trying to apply for the next Grant cycle (Sept and Mar deadlines for Grant cycles).

2. The deadline is March 12, 2026. Since it takes time to prepare a great application, we ask that you seriously consider what you are undertaking now if you choose to pay the $75 fee (1st step in the process).

3. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable. You are saying that you plan to submit an application this cycle. The fee is for this cycle only and it cannot be applied to future grant cycles.

4. If you pay the fee and decide not to submit, you would need to begin the process over again and pay again next cycle.

5. If applying for a surrogacy grant, you MUST read the special rules for surrogacy... see link above.

There are 17 sections to complete to submit your application - This includes a medical evaluation form that needs to be completed by your fertility specialist and returned back to you to upload to the application site. This can take a couple weeks so you may want to wait until the next cycle to submit your application. The next cycle, you will start a new application - This will be available on January 2 and the deadline will be March 12, 2026.

HELPFUL HINTS:

Take your time! The application is a series of tasks. Remember to save each section as you complete it. You do not need to finish the form in one sitting. When you have completed all of the sections, you are ready to submit.
Plan ahead! There is a Medical Evaluation portion of the application that MUST be completed by your reproductive specialist. You will need to take/email the pages to your clinic then upload them when returned to you. Clinics often do not function as quickly as you’d prefer. Plan accordingly. We will not accept medical evaluations emailed to us - must be uploaded through online application. Applications are NOT complete without a Medical Evaluation Form.
Tell your story! You will be asked to write a personal story about yourself – hobbies, family history, profession. Start preparing this; don’t leave it until the last minute. This is a vital part of your application.
Get these ready! Have insurance cards ready to upload. Choose a few favorite photos to include.
If you need to make a change to a section after completing it, you will be able to do this before submitting. Please wait until all sections are complete to request an "unlock." At that time we can "unlock" any section to make changes when you notify us.

APPLICATION FEE:

The non-refundable fee to apply is $75 payable via Paypal or credit card.

Baby Quest receives hundreds of applications each cycle. We are limited by the amount of funds donated. We strive to be diverse in regards to ethnicity, sexual orientation, and geography. Please know that we CANNOT fund all those who apply, even though we would like to.

AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLETE APPLICATION:

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email confirmation. We begin our Review of Applications after the grant deadline. Applications are thoroughly reviewed by various committees:

Women’s health advocates
Financial advisers
Reproductive specialists

**Occasionally, during the review process, we contact applicants to clarify items in the application. Please make sure you have set your computer to receive emails from Baby Quest.

Approximately 4 – 6 weeks after grant deadline, those selected will be contacted (closer to 6 usually with the amount of applicants recently). Those NOT receiving a grant will receive an email. Those selected will be reached by every method and have never had an issue with reaching the finalist. Grant selections will also be announced on social media after all have been contacted.
