ABOUT THE KELLIE GERARDI X BABYLIST IVF GRANTS -

Dates to Apply: April 13, 2026 – May 8, 2026

This special Grant Cycle will fund TWO $15,000 IVF grants. Funding may include egg donor, embryo donation, or other procedures and medications included with IVF but the applicant must be able to proceed with a $15,000 Grant and show their Grant need is only $15,000.

GRANT DEADLINE: May 8, 2026 - 5PM ET

NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

1. If applying for a Baby Quest Grant (including these special grants) you should have had at least a consult with your fertility specialist who will be performing the procedures. There will be questions on cost, procedures, and testing that we need completed that is essential to submit an excellent application. If you have not met with your fertility specialist, call and see if you can get an appointment in time to complete an application. If not, you can consider trying to apply for the next Grant cycle (Sept and Mar deadlines for Grant cycles).

2. Recipients must begin treatment within three months of receiving a grant. Baby Quest does not reimburse for procedures already begun. The full grant amount will be available to the recipient on June 1st and after.

HELPFUL HINTS:

Take your time! The application is a series of 17 tasks. Remember to Click save and close if you might want to revisit a section. Save and next with submit the section. You do not need to finish the form in one sitting. When you have completed all of the sections, you are ready to submit. If you need a section unsubmitted, contact support. These instructions are also at the bottom of each section.
Plan ahead! There is a Medical Evaluation portion of the application that MUST be completed by your fertility specialist/clinic/office. You will need to take/email the pages to your clinic then upload them when returned back to you. Clinics often do not function as quickly as you’d prefer. Plan accordingly. We will not accept medical evaluations emailed to us - must be uploaded through online application. Applications are NOT complete without a Medical Evaluation Form.
The application will consist of questions on procedures you are pursuing and the expenses, on your profession, education, and financials.
Tell your story! You will be asked to write a personal story about yourself – hobbies, family history, profession. We just want to know about you and your partner (if applicable) and how you have come to this point - but not your fertility history - there is a section for that.
Get these ready! Have insurance cards ready to upload. Choose a few favorite photos to include under family photos.

AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLETE APPLICATION:

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email confirmation. We begin our Review of Applications after the grant deadline. Applications are thoroughly reviewed by various committees:

Women’s health advocates
Financial advisers
Reproductive specialists

Those NOT receiving a grant will receive an email by May 25th. Those selected will be reached by every contact method and have never had an issue with reaching the finalist. Grant selections will also be announced on social media after all have been contacted.
